Nestled on South Holston Lake, in the hills of east
Tennessee, Lake View Dock is flanked between the TVA Property of South Holston Dam and the Cherokee National Forest. The
views and surrounding lake-front are spectacular.
Our fine floating facility includes a General Store complete with
Lookout providing beautiful views of South Holston Lake. Our Lookout provides a great gathering place for customers. The
Lake View Dock General Store provides a full line of fishing, camping, and boating equipment and supplies. Gas, ice and a
wide range of food are available in our store.
A full service dock and marina, we specialize in providing all your boating
needs with a friendly, family atmosphere.
Lake View dock can maintain your boat in open or covered slips on a twelve-month
contract basis. We provide individualized service to our family of customers.
Conveniently located 15 minutes from Bristol,
and 25 minutes from Johnson City and Kingsport.
